The Guild Chapel can be found in Chapel Lane, Stratford-upon-Avon, CV37 6EP.
The Chapel is provided by and cared for by Stratford Town Trust, a grant-giving charity distributing around £2million each year to support the community in Stratford-upon-Avon.
